"Progressive notified me that my policy renewal was going up by $112 a month, which pissed me off... I'm about to turn 77, and the only thing that has happened lately is getting older, and runaway inflation and an idiot in the White House... So, in looking for cheaper better insurance, State Farm contacted me via their agent Noah Vieria. To make a long story short, Noah was very easy to hear and understand, and he was pleasant to talk with while dealing with this dirty business of pursuing new auto insurance. So I want all to know that I appreciate his value as a fellow human... Ty"

"The customer service was extremely disappointing. The representative who tried to explain the situation seemed to struggle due to a language barrier, and I never received a clear explanation about why I was being triple charged just for changing my policy to liability coverage. I’ve known this office and have been working with them for a while, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll continue doing business with them. I used to recommend State Farm to my friends, but after what happened, I definitely won’t anymore. I’m currently living paycheck to paycheck, and being expected to pay $435.87 just to change my policy to liability is unreasonable. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.(my old agent noah wasn’t like that u can see my old comment up here)"

"I had the pleasure of meeting a nice representative from State Farm-who was patient-very patient with me as well as helpful.I was ready to give up with putting this Drive safe device in my car..She told me to take my time,she went over & over with me on my phone after downloading the App.I was losing it,sort of -But she never lost control with me.- I thanked her so much,she has very good communications skills.Anyway Iam now hooked up to that Drive device,Thanks to Andrea,She said she would help me & she did.!
